A Love Letter to the Land, Written in Flowers
Our story
Welcome to Muddy Mountain Flower Farm, nestled on 20 wild and wonderful acres in the heart of the West Virginia mountains — a place where dreams are rooted deeply in soil, sunshine, and seasons of growth.
My name is Jenn, and alongside my husband Timothy and our two little ones, we’ve created a small slice of floral heaven in a place we’re so grateful to call home. For the past two years, we’ve lovingly raised Highland cattle here, watching our land change with the rhythms of nature. But something inside me longed to add even more beauty to this mountain life — something delicate, vibrant, and full of wonder.
In 2025, I finally followed that nudge and planted the first seeds of what would become Muddy Mountain Flower Farm. Our first season is centered around a few of my absolute favorites — dahlias, zinnias, and sunflowers — each bloom a reflection of the joy and hope we feel as we begin this journey.
We believe in the magic of fresh, local flowers and their power to brighten even the simplest moments. It’s our dream to one day open our fields for you-pick experiences, where families and flower lovers can walk through rows of color, soak in the mountain air, and bring a bit of our farm home with them.
We’re just getting started — blooming since 2025 — but every stem we grow is planted with purpose, passion, and the vision of a flourishing future.
Thank you for being here, and for growing with us.
With love and petals,
Jenn

Picked with care
Every bloom at Muddy Mountain Flower Farm is hand-picked with care — not by machines, but by people who truly love what they grow. We walk the fields each morning with clippers in hand and intention in heart, selecting only the freshest, most vibrant flowers for your bouquet.
It’s a slow and thoughtful process, rooted in love for the land and a belief that beauty should never feel rushed. From the moment a seed is planted to the day a flower reaches your hands, we’re there — nurturing, noticing, and making sure every stem tells a story.
"Honestly one of the prettiest bouquets I’ve ever gotten. You can tell the flowers were freshly picked — they smelled amazing and lasted way longer than I expected. It just felt real, like something straight from someone’s backyard garden (in the best way). Definitely ordering again."
