At Muddy Mountain Flower Farm, we take great pride in providing beautiful blooms and quality plants. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns—but we are committed to making things right if you encounter an issue.
💐 Fresh Flower Bouquets
All fresh flower sales are final. Because flowers are perishable and unique to each arrangement:
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your bouquet arrives damaged or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and description.
We will do everything we can to ensure you receive a beautiful bouquet—this may include a replacement, store credit, or other resolution at our discretion.
🌱 Tubers, Roots & Corms
We guarantee the viability of the tubers, roots, and corms we ship.
If any item arrives moldy, rotted, or otherwise nonviable, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Send photos and a brief description to hello@muddymountainflowers.com.
We will offer a replacement or store credit for any verified non-viable items.

Due to their nature, we do not accept returns on:
Fresh flower bouquets
Live plants
Seasonal items or event-specific orders
