We make wholesale simple: a rolling, three-week window of real, in-season availability so you can plan with confidence. Each week we inventory what’s actually blooming and post a fresh lineup you can browse by week. Pick the week you need, add stems to your cart, and we’ll have them cut, bundled, and ready—so you get the freshest, peak-quality blooms for your orders and events.

  • Click Join Our Wholesale List, complete the short form, and upload your documents. We review requests within 48–72 hours. Once reviewed we will send you an email with details to set up your account and a 15% off code for your first order.

  • No. Order whatever you need. Ideal for small studios and one-off wedding installs.

  • Yes — new wholesale members receive 15% off their first order after approval.

  • We publish weekly availability every Wednesday (rolling 3-week window) and email all wholesale members the same day. Items marked Out of Stock cannot be added to cart — order early to secure the stems you need.

  • Primary fulfillment is farm pickup and delivery across West Virginia. Pickup/delivery details are confirmed in your order confirmation.

  • Payment is due at checkout for all online orders.

  • Contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with photos and order details and we’ll review and assist.

    • We review your submission (48–72 hrs).

    • You receive approval + access to wholesale member area and a one-time 15% code.

    • Every Wednesday you’ll get the availability email so you can log in and place orders — order early to secure the stems you need.
